How do I set the mood for a perfect burn?
Let me melt all the way to the edge (about 2 hours) the first time we burn together. A slow start means a smooth, even burn every time.

How long can I keep you going?
I’m in it for the long burn—50 hours of indulgence per 225 g candle. Keep me lit for up to 4 hours at a time. Any longer, and I might overheat.

Do you need a little trim?
Yes, every time. Keep my wick at 1/4” before lighting to keep me burning just right.

What should I do when you're all burned out?
Give me a second life—upcycle my jar. Good things deserve to last.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed with love (and a little lust) and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 days, depending on your location.

Can I return my candle?
If we haven’t had our first light, you can send me back.
Returns are accepted on unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery. Just reach out — we’ll guide you through it with care.

What if my candle arrives looking... less than hot?
If I show up broken, cracked, or anything less than flawless, send us a photo and I’ll be replaced or refunded—no drama, just a fresh start.

Please note : Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable — even candle love stories come with fine print.
